Do you want extra shock damping at the ball of your foot? First stick Lovers in the right position, followed by Solemates on top. When combining Sole Sisters, pay attention that the shoes do not narrow and fit them every time before sticking them in your shoes permanently. Product life Sole Sisters do not lose their shock absorbing properties and last at least as long as the shoe and therefore offer permanent comfort. It is, however, not advised to remove Sole Sisters from the shoes or to reuse. Cleaning The cushions can be cleaned with a wet cloth or soap and can be treated with products intending to refresh shoes.
